With the routine we have nowadays – a lot f activities and not enough time to relax and have fun – it’s very easy to get stressed.
Some years ago the word “stress” was something used in magazines and books but only a few people knew its meaning.
Unfortunately now even the children can feel stressed very often. This is caused by the lack of balance between work and leisure – or study and leisure.
As a consequence, the energy is lower and people have headaches or they get a flu.
The good news is that it’s possible to control – and even to prevent stress – if we live a healthy life, having balance between intellectual and physical activities.
